EverRock (“EverRock”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides preschool management software that helps preschools, playschools and daycare centers manage attendance, daily reports, fees, staff and parent communication. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or platform, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors of everrockapp.com, preschools and operators who subscribe to EverRock (“Customers”), and the staff and parents who use the platform on a Customer’s behalf. For most child and operational records, the preschool is the data controller and EverRock acts as a data processor handling that information on the preschool’s instructions.
2. Information we collect
Account & billing information
When you create an account or subscribe, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, preschool name, branch details and billing information needed to process payments.
Operational & child information
To deliver the service, preschools enter information including children’s names, attendance records, daily activity reports, photos, guardian contact details, fee records and staff information. This data is provided and controlled by the preschool.
Usage & device data
We automatically collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and how the platform is used, to keep the service secure and improve it.
Communications
When you contact us or request a demo, we keep the information you provide so we can respond and support you.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the EverRock platform and its features;
- To process subscriptions, payments and send service-related notices;
- To deliver attendance alerts, daily reports, fee reminders and announcements via the app, WhatsApp and SMS on behalf of the preschool;
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- To secure, troubleshoot and improve our service;
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Children’s information
EverRock does not knowingly collect information directly from children. Information about children is entered by the preschool, which is responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from parents or guardians. We process this information only to provide the service and on the preschool’s instructions, and we apply appropriate safeguards to protect it.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed:
- Service providers — trusted vendors who help us run the platform, including messaging providers (WhatsApp and SMS) and payment processors, under confidentiality obligations;
- Legal reasons — when required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of our service;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with continued protection of your information.
6. WhatsApp & SMS notifications
EverRock sends notifications through WhatsApp and SMS at the preschool’s direction. The preschool is responsible for ensuring recipients have agreed to receive these messages. Recipients can opt out at any time by contacting their preschool.
7. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups — to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Customers may request export or deletion of their data as described below.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Because much of the data is controlled by your preschool, please direct such requests to your preschool; we will support them in fulfilling your request.
